Hey! So Glad You're Here.

It’s Jessica, creator of J-Michelle.com. I’m a Nashville native, who has lived in various parts of Tennessee. I currently reside in Murfreesboro with my pup, Trixie. I’ve always thought of myself as a creative, a dreamer, a multi-tasking, energetic soul. I love reading and writing and sharing my opinions about many topics.  I have a bachelor degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville  in broadcast journalism and a graduate degree from MTSU in elementary education. I have currently been teaching little ones for eight years.

I started this blog on a whim during the Covid-19 Quarantine. It’s amazing what a little isolation and reflection can bring to fruition. I was fresh out of a heartbreak, with tons of built up self-expression on a plethora of topics. I felt that focusing my thoughts and sharing what was on my  mind would help me to heal. Little did I know that this virtual diary of sorts would turn into me telling my opinions about topics I hold near and dear.
